Rob Brite has been a transformational coach, teacher, and mentor for more than 30 years.
InPowered Living is a process and practice, Rob developed which involves shifting to higher perspectives and living and acting more from a state of higher consciousness. These shifts provide a foundation that enables more fulfilling, peaceful and joyous lives, as well as relationships and relationship dynamics based upon love, mutual respect, and consistent awareness of our innate interconnectedness.
We all have our own inner stories and beliefs we've carried forward from our childhood or picked up, some people have a knee-jerk reaction. they go into red alert, otherwise known as over reactive self-protective mode, or what Rob refers to as "emotional survival mode".
